if that is the case he reduced his holdings on the day before the gap down...as stockings showed in her post; if eventually he bought some of the offering we know for sure who was one of the forces driving the price down.

if he just plainly reduced, then ipci is going very fast towards a ch11 becuase he likelu had more than a simple look at company books.
