sdvi.. Of course you are right... The hold-up was more apparent to you than me, so, I saw progress being made in the form of Trade-shows, which really does get down to the hard and tough actions required in "Real" progress? We aren't really sure then, that testing is going on as they suggested, but merely meant that some testing had taken place??? I Don't Know

But there are many things that could hold-up progress! And, The trade show appearances tell me two things. One, The Business contacts from previous shows have not come through as expected for whatever reasons? or TWO, They believe a new agreement will soon be reached with NDSU?

Maybe they prematurely rushed into Testing when they couldn't afford to withstand the costs and time factors it takes to reach a commercial agreement! So, on we go with another plan? Just my opinion.
