The MACD says "buy".
It's tightly held, and there's a "fake-out chart" due to Market Maker spread games. Meaning: RSI is 'middle of the road', so... Because of dedicated Longs, the bottom part of a rubber band is, and has been pulled down, while the top part is flat.

Meaning: No adversity, just a fake-out, Market Maker game.
The bottom is zero, but my crystal ball says hold or add. There is no bad news on RXMD, and nothing to fear.
