10mill is just a random number in my opinion. Maybe they have a detailed plan, and what each part of the plan costs, I haven't seen it....it doesn't match what I've seen from outside sources, on the costs of selling generics, not even close on bringing a cancer drug to market....so......idk.....I know they need 687,000$ to try to get a sample of the fake drug adva27a...that's in their filings....that goes bad, or if they are unable.....they are out of lies. That has been the case for 3yrs...no progress....hmmmm...

Googling GHS, they are shady at best. I dont see even a fraction of 10mill being raised. Judging by the morons filing recently, looks like things are on hold altogether. So no financing, until a later date.....investors called their bluff IMO. They probably hedged this would sky rocket the price, announcing the fake financing....they would have diluted investors into oblivion, GHS and SBFM would have reaped the rewards, screwing investors. Again.

At the end of the day, ask the morons yourself. If they cared or were actual business owners, they would be happy to speak to investors assisting them with their business plans...I've never been able to reach them in 4yrs. They recently gave everyone a number, try it. Bet they wont respond......all IMO.
