No it's not. Dantrolene and Loxapine were given to Epic for site transfer
well before SequestOx was in the picture. Epic sat on them to the point where NH was clearly frustrated.

It makes no business sense to count on or go with a partner who did not complete work they said they would do.

N2K is correct, why give Epic (now PuraCap) Isradipine? I'll bet Epic would gladly get all transfers done for that drug. Screw Epic. Bye bye…

They missed a chance. SunGen did not miss their chance, nor did Glenmark.
