Filings were not ready within 30 days of 9/17, but that is a week after September 10 effective rules change. So far, revoking the stock, effective October 3, does appear to be the less expensive company option for getting current(?).
There is evidence that reregistration happens to other companies and those were with the more stringent rules. MEC did not take the deadline basis of filing in 30 days, now clearly the record.
