AUGUST is his son. A regular track star in college. Maybe he interned there during summers or maybe his old man gave him a job when he graduated.

I am still confused by Jim saying they don't want to file... Why would they go that route? AND/OR why wouldn't SEC/OTC MKTS change THE COMPANY'S status?
