Yep Packer and if I remember correctly the reason Vitamin Fizz failed with MINE was due to poor mgmt. decisions of trying to establish their own production and distribution channels. They had a legit deal and totally screwed it up by trying to get too big too fast!

So now Cruzani has a previous successfully commercialized vitamin infused beverage line that was for sale on the shelves of Kroger's, 711 etc., and as long as they tap into already established production and distribution channels to keep their costs down and properly manage the relaunch and distribution networks, there's a beyond good chance they'll be succeeding where MINE failed. And the best part of this all cash transaction is that CZNI already told us they already have plans to tweak the already established product and launch their own CBD infused beverage line.

So needless to say CZNI now has yet another revenue driving growth stream and I still think logic strongly suggests they're also soon going to be tapping into the CBD edibles market, especially since they already have $7M worth of bakery equipment and a well established 40,000 square foot brick and mortar bakery operation ready willing and able to capitalize on the CBD edibles market opportunity!
