FINRA has very high number for FNMA, FMCC with all dates as 9/30/18


The number of shares hold by Institutional Investors are very very high.
Before all the institutional holders had different date. Now all dates shows 9/30/18.

It looks FINRA is trying to reset the reporting.

For FNMA:

Capital Research and Management Company 176,328,000
American Funds 146,940,000
Delaware Management Company 1,000,000
Delaware Funds by Macquarie 1,000,000

For FMCC:

Capital Research and Management Company 579,228,000
American Funds 482,690,000
Delaware Management Company 1,030,000
Delaware Funds by Macquarie 1,030,000
