I have finished all my Trading on any Stock Market, it's too risky. Been there, done that, read the Book. The Gray Market, if FLPC are trading on it, is UNregulated with no recourse whatsoever, so if any wants to trade on it to FLPC, the BoD can quite simply gather up all the cash and do exactly what they like. You have no comeback at all.
If FLPC hasn't succeeded by now, they won't later so anyone would be very unwise to mess around outside regulated Trading. It's hard to say what FLPC will do, but I will let each of you make your own calculated assumption based on passed History.
