Because we CAN. Because we know why TRW is profitable (and most competitors are not). Because we know it will grow. How fast, depends on financing.



We CURRENTLY know it is profitable. What we will never know is what lies ahead , unexpected might happen in couple years before the IPO. You don't know, and you will never know. Just like what happened here in SIAF.
