The 'Higher Lows' are what's important here

Right now, the higher lows have crept up to the sustained equilibrium.

The floor is essentially rising up underneath our feet very quickly. This has led to the beginning of the great rise of HempAmericana. Also, major things coming for U.S. cannabis, like November 6th state cannabis ballots, firing of Jeff Sessions, Trump's hint at federal legalization after the elections, and the 2018 Farm Bill.

And my only question is this: To where will we be headed on our yachts?
