So far there's been a TRO issued, and the SEC's motion for expedited discovery was granted.

At the next court appearance Rufus has to convince the court not to grant a preliminary injunction. However that turns Rufus will be in court for years.

You do know that the hearing is not about checking whether bonds are real don't you?
