Interesting how they made no mention of why they felt it was acceptable to move those "interests". Adva27a started as a private entity. Known as Advanomics. Morons owned that....but advanomics magically vanished after sold the patents to themselves. No mention of it, after selling adva27a to sunshine, which they both own, for millions. They felt it was appropriate.....Oh ya, forgot to mention advanomics bought the adva27a patent for 60k from the French.

Used millions of investors money for something they paid 60k for, then gave it back to themselves as NOX pharma, a private company. Literally throwing it into the faces of investors. There plenty of reasons why this is at trips, and why they cannot secure legitimate funding. Lenders would laugh at them. It's all fake. There was never a legit drug. This was a few clever canadians was to manipulate investors, hide behind a safe harbor message, and an attorney. For the life of me, I cannot understand why they haven't been investigated, or shut down. This is the most elaborate scam in OTC. They are making a mockery of the canadian regulators. IMO.

12yrs did absolutely nothing verifiable with adva27a, the fake drug.
