Although I am only a BLDV shareholder, I can share with you the information that I have learned based on the DD that I have completed that may relate to some of your questions. The information below are not answers to your questions, they are only references for your consideration.

Audited financials: I think once the merger is completed, the new financial team that was mentioned in the 7/16/18 PR will probably work on getting the audited financials completed within the required time period (45/90 days after period end for non-accelerated filers) or asap if over due.

SEC reporting: A full year of audit financial statements needs to be completed before you can start to be SEC reporting where you would start filing quarters as an SEC filer and then the annual statements with the comparatives of the full year previously completed to make two years, see links below for smaller reporting companies.

Number of employees: The company profile on otc markets indicates 5 employees as of April 2017. Cann10 NA currently has Josh and two other officers from Cann10 that will join the governance once the merger is completed (see 8/2/18 PR link below); therefore, I am thinking at least 2 will be added after the merger.
