Hmmm...Xcelplus (OTC: XLPI) is and has been dormant since 2007. This year 2018 I incorporated
Xcelplus International Inc in Wyoming to now fund the advancement of this technology and
release it globally. Xcelplus Wyoming will acquire control of XLPI and then restructure the
stock of XLPI to reflect XcelPlus Wyoming’s stock format.
I now have a plasma physicist, a PHD chemist with a specialty background in Hydrogen atoms
as well as ASE certified mechanics, and electrical engineers available to bring this together in
this time and season.
