Technically SEC accepts filings from 6:00am-10:00pm Mon-Fri.
Edgar must be filed by 5:30pm to receive same day date stamp.
That being said I believe it would not be in $hpil ‘s best interest to wait until after market. This undue delay would create a bit of unease for some holders of this stock and may also cause some premature reactions ( especially on a Friday )
They tweeted on the 16th ( tues ) stating that acquisition documents were signed “yesterday” which would have been Monday.
8K requirements are “within 4 business days of event” which alludes to tomorrow
Mon 15th - Fri 19th
I could be wrong but I don’t think I am.
Any other takes on this would be much appreciated
