No bid on Goldendale plant?

They have blog updates on picking up a generator, on various stages of building their site office that few people care about, and they also posted a blog update on getting at least one bid for their request for bids on their specialty equipment that will be used in the plant.

Would they really post a blog update on receiving a bid on their equipment but not on the construction of the plant if they really did get any bids on the construction of the plant?

I have asked Lee multiple times to post a blog update on whether they got any bids on their request for bids on the plant, because the impression they are blasting to the world is they have not gotten any responses from their request for bids on the plant.

Their 10-Q says they budgeted $470k to have the plant built, it is certainly not a slam dunk that they can have their plant built for that budget. It would be huge news is they can indeed get their plant built within that budget, but their silence about any responses to the request for bid that went out in April is telling everyone that they have gotten no bids. What else can anyone conclude from the information they have given to us?
