"I dont get why they dont care about shareholders no updates dead silence for years."

Because watching The Golf Channel is way more fun that work, and pizza paid for by shareholders tastes good.

It really is quite that simple.

DataCult is nott designed to be a real investment with growth potential. It was designed as a vehicle for ReclinerTimmy and his buddy to have a pre-retirement income stream and benefits plan by essentially smoking the last puffs from an old cigar butt. Just milk enuff revenue from existing clients to pay for management's salaries, bonus, medical, and retirement plan - and run it until either it dries up or DaBoys hit Social Security age and they and the spouses gett on MediScare.

DCLT is a pre-retirement income vehicle for a cuppla dudes.

It really should just be a private corp owned by them, butt there was too much munny in the 2013-2014 P&D in the pennyscams to pass up - and also a source at that time for capital to feed the retirement vehicle - including those pesky CONvertible debt notes.

Indeed I suspeck that the reverse split that was planned a cuppla years ago and fell thru was to cover a new CONvertible debenture to bring more spending munny to DaBoyz as DCLT spending funds for fun, raises, and travel - butt it appears that CONvertible debenture deal must have fallen thru and hence the reverse split din't happen (perhaps FINRA refused to process it - asking all kinds of difficult questions - which is why the 10-Qs and 10-Ks needed to be fixed because they reflected the post-RS share counts butt the RS was never processed to completion by FINRA, so the CONvertible debt deal fell apart).

Butt really, DCLT should be a close corp just for DaBoys as it's nott a suitable investment except for them - for them it's an income and benefits stream to bridge them to Social Security and MediScare eligibility age. And it requires very little work (and let's face it, watching The Golf Channel is easier than work) and provides free pizza and soft drinks.

What a gig!!!

Another pizza 'for the management's working lunch' as they research The Golf Channel as a possible streaming data source somewhere in the distant future of Neveruary - meanwhile the pizza is on the shareholder-victims as a 'binniss expense'

Another grueling day at work requires a shareholder-paid 'office chair' in which to study The Golf Channel as a potential hypothetical future data source
