The sellers are selling against the convertible Preferred shares 15% discounted 5 day VWAP .

You will see the selling in surges. Once the stock has 'settled' in like around here at 17 cents, a few days later you will observe large sales as their price will be 85% of 17 which 14.55 cents will be their cost.

And, the stock will keep cascading towards the 0 limit as the 'death spiral' convertibles keep pouring forth the discounted stock.

I hope for the longs sake this does not occur , however it does seem inevitable.
