We are on the same wavelength. That is why I sleep through Captain Spin's dire end of the worlds (pun intended) predictions. If you want to do day trades and try to pin point highs and lows to make money, there are thousands of stocks better suited than this one for that. This is a stock where the ultimate outcome hinges on a legal ruling which will either reward the longs or not. We all want the process to be shorter, but that is what it is, a process.
