Let me ask a question, if you managed $1 Billion + in a Private Equity fund, would you invest $20 million into unaudited financials with Tony just to pay off a lawsuit?

How would that fair with your wealth management investors? I can tell you Merrill, UST, WF, GS, MS, JPMC management would not be so happy after the fact.
