Can a buy out happen with unaudited financials?

If this stock is to be taken seriouly by institutional investors it needs audited fiancials. Tony not doing this makes me think maybe he is selling.

Can't understand why with all this company has going for it and it's potential why would Tony do unaudited financials and be forced to stay a pinky.
