If it wasn't on track for edgarizing then they wouldn't have seen fit to telegraph anything right ysung. So imo it's a sure sign that they want everyone to know that everything's on track and the best part is that the 8k is gonna be revealing several more key valuation driving details we didn't get in Tuesdays LOI PR glty!
