Yes - the professor looks very legitimate but we need to see what the exact nature of the engagement is. There are VERY few details now. If you go to Prof. Mitlin's website at Clarkson (or google David Mitlin hemp grant) you will see that he is already engaged with another company Enermat technologies in prototyping and commercializing this technology and prof. Mitlin "credits David Hessler (CEO) and Enermat with all business-related aspects of the partnership." What ALYI has to offer - who knows - we need more details of this. It is interesting that Clarkson is PR'ing the relationship with Enermat but so far (but maybe in the future) nothing about ALYI. You could call or email Prof Mitlin at Clarkson (contact info is on his website at Clarkson) for more info if you wanted to truly do due diligence.
