The mm's know something... and are slowly sharing it with each other... I think we open any day now at .71 / .72... get ready... if the audit comes outside of market hours... the mm's have collected enough shares here to simply adjust to the mathmatically appropriate level... that is what happens when rock hard information hits... just like a buy out offer or anything else... it sets a reasonable price on the stock... and then regular trading activity sets the price from there... likely we continue to move higher with short covering and the fact the proforma will be validated.
