I respectfully disagree Bonsai. We can readily determine the state of the company from its quarterly and annual filings on OTC Markets, which paint a very ugly picture of paltry and insufficient revenue, continuing negative cash flow, and growing net losses and shareholders' deficits.

Based on the most recent filing, CGRA's net losses for just the first 6 months of 2018 ending June 30, were ($852,936), and as of that date the Stockholders' Deficit had ballooned to ($1,709, 076). The dire revelations in the reported financials over the past several years, coupled with an objective examination of all of the Press Releases issued by CGRA over the past 5-6 years touting projects, businesses and contracts with projected significant revenue which have never materialized, tell us a lot about the state of the company, IMO.
