That 1-for-50,000 R/S is on Eddie's sister scam SUTI. Even so, this bloated carcass has 16 BILLION SHARES authorized. OTC only lists 12b and both it and the O/S are over 3 years old. It got smacked with a year long global lock when Eddie and his wanted felon CEO Luther jumped on the Mary Jane bandwagon. Only then did Eddie's Big Apple bosses give him another ticker to move the scam to.
