Over all it is govt decision to grant license or deny license.No body can control it.But TXTM is updating all shareholders as and when necessary.It shows their seriousness.I still believe TXTM is going to acquire license and very soon .Atleast company is serious about it and they are not even pumping stock which is a good thing.Stay strong and have patience.We have waited so long and we can wait little more.GLTA
