I believe you are right. Discovery can be a bitch.

The higher up the ladder the bigger the corruption whether with Baltia, the SEC, the FAA. Sad. We are suckers fighting over crumbs relative to the main players. Never expect justice in the courts especially the bankruptcy courts. Win or lose you pay the price. Playing/investing in Baltia or any other OTC can get expensive. It is only money though so cheer up. It could get worse. So if US Global is to emerge we really need real transparency, not only promises of such.
