At this point a 3 million dollar contract will help to establish some credibility here and boost the stock price a bit. Audited statements would be nice.However most will not falsify contract news as this will lead to Jail time if it isnt a real contract.

Much different from the fake 2.5 million dollar revenue that OCSY claimed. They can easily write it off in a future financial statement by claiming they were led to believe that the 2.5 million licensing deal promised payment would be honored No jail time for this fake licensing deal.
