Something is brewing behind the scenes. We just don't know what though.
If they were hurting financially, why was the dilution at the lowest level ever last month? It's certainly not because the SP is also that much higher that less shares need to be diluted to raise the same level of capital.

Do you have any companies in mind that would be a suitable buyer?
