The court is looking at a case where your friends at the defense table are trying to distract with all the "hey judge, while we're here, Glenn promised his shareholders an update...still no update judge, is that worth anything?" ha ha ha ha aha Too funny
If you have issues with the way the CEO conducts himself, you can take him to court, maybe hire the same lawyer giving him the second opportunity to make a fool of himself with the same frivolous allegations.
