Just a guess but I wondering if there’s been a lot of shorting this with the blessing of the brothers and while they seem to allow it by not accomplishing anything remarkable, they get a lot of convertible debt, those people get to profit from that and short it down to no bid, the brothers keep the debt coming and everyone is happy.

Doesn’t shorting and conversions go hand in hand? I’m trying to figure this stuff out.

Just an opinion and only a guess. Something seems fishy here and I’m trying to learn from it.
