what do you mean penny flipper...I just keep questioning the deals until one gets completely done ...you know with final docs with signatures not too much to ask for huh JC??...Jimmy talks about many deals but please inform me which one is completed?...everytime one of his deals burns out then a shiny new one takes it's place and everyone here is all sh1ts and giggles until the volumes drop..(and then s/p drops) and look no further than the left or the right of us is a so called long penny flipper, flipping away, then bragging on the way out. SGMD is becoming a playground for the flippers....and the LOIs keep stacking up.....come on Jimmy get one done ...then 2 ...and then I'll be content!
