Yep, and only a rough 14 million shares traded since 9/18. Worst case should be a rough 7 million shares being held currently. I hope it is much lower....but given that there is only 51,123,000 free trading shares as of July 31.....well....you get it. Debt is gone less a transferable 25k note(a/o July 31).
