The other 8K gives HEYGI,SCOTT,AND BARNES RAISES effective immediately

and gives HEGYI,SCOTT,and BARNES increased BONUSES

IT also gives HEYGI the ability to purchase 32,000,000 shares at pps.012

for 5 yrs into the future,NOT a progressive increase like your "DEAL"

and extends long into future -long after any R/S
