Being eligible for something doesn't mean that it's ever going to actually happen. SWET has claimed eligibility of lots of ways to get money over the years. If you really had been reading everything for the last few years you'd know that.

They may not have made a legitimate penny so far but they've sold a absolutely enormous number of shares. Almost all of them sold through sneaky convertible notes.

Eligibility is essentially meaningless...

Since I'm a man I'm technically eligible to have sex with Ann Hathaway. Although I'm quite willing and eager I'm not going to hold my breath on that one.
