. The Company is also in negotiations to build or acquire
complimentary technology assets such as a digital wallet to help facilitate the operations of the
CTMs and expand its customer base.

Note 8 – Subsequent Events

In July 2018 the company entered into a development agreement with Chainbytes, LLC to build and provide technical support
for a Bayside branded Bitcoin wallet. This wallet will work in conjunction with the Company’s network of CTMs and allow
customers to send and receive Bitcoin. In addition to cash compensation, Chainbytes is also receiving $10,000 of Bayside
Corporation Common Stock based on the closing share price on July 9, 2018.
