Re: PIOE, once it becomes profitable, the one thing that would seemingly set it back, imo, is if RCP Advisors 2 terminated one of its RCP Funds and then its investors didn't immediately re-invest principal (and presumably a good portion of profits) in a new similar RCP Fund. Because then the AUM would go down.

The other possible thing/factor to decrease AUM would be any re-valuation significantly lower of their assets (i.e., the value of the different RCP Funds) by the auditor... which could possibly happen during a recession.

Again, i'm no expert on the private equity field, but these are the only two factors i can think of.....
