Doesn't really make sense, one municipality (Coachella) was willing to issue local permit WITHOUT the state Cultivation license, while another municipality (Paso Robles) requires the state Cultivation license before they will issue a local permit.
But, I guess that's the way they run CA. government.
So, having the Coachella permit will allow LVVV to apply for the state Cultivation license, so that they can be issued their Paso Robles permit.
So, the big questions are:
Has LVVV applied for their CA state Cultivation license?
If so, WHEN DID THEY APPLY??
How long does the process take?
FYI, I've emailed Bill H. these questions and haven't received a response.
I'm pretty sure it's a lot easier to obtain the Cultivation license, but without it we can't do sh*t...
All we can do is track it via the CCC website like we did with the BCC Distribution license so we will know when it's issued.
You would think that because the state Cultivation license is holding them up from growing clones (and generating mega-revenue), that they would be putting all of their efforts into getting that license...
GO LVVV & APRU!!!
