MJ stocks being down is not an excuse for Alper's radio silence. His repeated predictions of a merger and multiple deadlines blown keep piling up. Granted he made no promise this time but the CannX conference was the latest great hope for the big news longs were clinging to. It will soon be 1 year since he spent 700 million shares for 25% of Cann10-NA. Meanwhile the MJ train is leaving the station.
