So it's ok to lie and steal from people as long as your helping yourself? Sorry but you are dead wrong. Knowingly taking people's money on the premise of a return when there is absolutely no such chance is fraud and theft. What is happening now really makes the how and the why of the run to $10.00 look nothing less than criminal. Your slum lord analogies and constant apologies of the board's actions is a joke.
