A lien can be an agreement of promise to pay, so probably the company is paying matters down. Company was seeking capital as a private company. Maybe that is about that, having no further recourse to putting up listed stock.

It may have opened discussions and agreements on an interim basis. Liens and amounts are not posted or linked.
