They are set up very nicely. They are one of the very few companies that own a Shimadzu triple quad gcms. They actually own multiple sets. These things are 500k a pop or more. They have equipment assets, in addition to royalty and licensing agreements. As they grow, this thing will take off. I have a $12 PT by the end of 2021. A more reasonable $3 by mid 2019, and $6 by 2020. As more states legalize recreational use, the need for testing will expand exponentially.

States have put in PPB limit levels on pesticide detection. That's extremely low compared to some current PPM levels. They do so because most pesticides convert to formaldehyde when ignited. That's why the regulation is so important, and why the cost to start a cannabis testing lab nears 1mm. They'll be one of the few who have detection limits that low. The few other cannabis testing labs will need to outsource to EVIO. They look like they'll be the Quest Diagnostics and the Test America of Cannabis.

Sky is the limit if they can continue to license their name, with their option to buy the new partners. It's a brilliant system. So even with the slow start to monetizing, they have assets in their equipment, quality system, and proprietary methods.
