PIOE's shareprice will depend on their earnings, which right now are obviously consisting almost entirely in mgmt fees from RCP Advisors, which in turn is based on RCP's AUM.

And PIOE's shareprice will also be subject to up or down swings based on the needs and whims of present shareholders.

If a guy/gal decides to sell 10k shares at 1.05 you won't be able to stop that. Likewise, if a guy/gal decides to buy 10k shares at 1.30.
