we'll have the SEC investigate if this Tim Paul was a stock promotor and if he disclosed during his stock promotion he revealed he had received shares in payment.

Also need to get a better understanding of why the shares were returned. Current understanding is that he wanted to sell them immediately but couldn't because they were restricted and had to be held 1 year. But we'll let the SEC figure all that out.
