I think it’s somewhat “risky” to assume any amount coming from a civil trial. However, after reviewing the content of the possible discovery items, coupled with the timeline and people involved, I believe it isn’t out of the question that a large settlement could happen.

It’s better for it to be in a court of law than the opinions of a message board! You have to really study the events and follow the people! It’s definitely not a quick “buck” though! Courts take time and “appeals” take even longer. You shouldn’t be here if you aren’t planning to stay awhile!
