Maybe because she has a plan and needs to wait until things are lined up correctly. Sometimes things don't always work out as planned and she needs more time. If she really has a plan, she really can't say anything to us share holders until she makes it public.
Think about it, if she was walking away, why would she file for a LATE filing..... Someone with such a good reputation wouldn't walk away now...if she were to walk away, it would be AFTER she finished filing.
