He removed all the debt and bought up the majority of shares, while personally propping it up year after year for this explicit purpose - which was literally in the company summary on OTC markets! The potential deal with Viva fell apart earlier in the year and Mr. Beyman, who was seeking out a clean shell, hooked up with Namer and worked out a win-win. It’s really not even hidden or anything; you just have to follow the rabbit down the hole
